It’s been called the most dangerous reality show on TV, and the upcoming season isn’t likely to change that reputation. In Touch has learned that two people on season four of Married at First SightHeather Seidel & Nicholas Pendergrast — have a history of trouble with the law.

One of the three females on the show, Heather, a 32-year old flight attendant, was arrested in 2011 for DUI, and her legal scrapes go as far back as 2003, when she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

This isn’t the first time the show has knowingly cast people with criminal pasts. Earlier this year, In Touch reported that season three’s David Norton was arrested in 2007 after being violent with his then-girlfriend. And in season two, the show cast Ryan De Nino, who later allegedly threatened to kill his match, Jessica Castro.

In an effort to do damage control, the show changed its panel of experts for the new season, but a clean record is apparently still not a requirement to be on the show. Heather and Nicholas were cast on the show despite past arrests.
