Despite recent reports that The Situation fell off the wagon, he reveals exclusively to In Touch that he's still sober.

“I’m completely sober,” Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, 30, tells the new issue of In Touch, on newsstands now. “This is the healthiest I’ve been in a very long time.”
The Jersey Shore star is shooting down a report that claims he’s fallen off the wagon and was recently spotted drinking at a West Hollywood hotel. He says they’re completely false. “I happened to be at a table by the pool and yes, there was sangria at the table,” he explains. "But I did not drink any of it.”
Mike, who opened up to In Touch in July about getting hooked on oxycodone after suffering a neck injury on Dancing With the Stars, successfully completed rehab in April.
