Since checking herself into a treatment facility for anxiety and stress on Aug. 29, LeAnn Rimes has since left rehab and is back to performing.
On Thursday, LeAnn sang at VH1 Save The Music Foundation’s Songwriters Music Series in Napa, where she performed for about 30 minutes and “seemed fine,” according to guests.
The country star had scheduled her performance at the charity fundraiser prior to her stint in rehab, but followed through on her plans to appear because of her appreciation for the foundation.
LeAnn wowed the crowd with songs from her new album, Spitfire, which is scheduled for release this spring. “She talked about the meaning of them, the inspirations. She was great," a guest gushed to In Touch. “It was a great night.”
