Hollywood doesn’t waste any time!

Only days after Lance Armstrong's shocking confession to doping throughout his career as a professional cyclist, movie actor Bradley Cooper is already expressing interest in playing the athlete in an upcoming biopic.

“I would be interested in [playing Lance Armstrong],” Cooper said in an interview with BBC News, “I think he’s fascinating. What a fascinating character.”

“I remember Matt Damon was going to do his autobiography at one point years ago,” Bradley continued, “I remember thinking, that would be a great character, I’d love to play that character. I would love to do something, I think he’s pretty fascinating.”

Fresh off Lance’s public confession to Oprah last week, Lost producer J.J. Abrams and Paramount Pictures have already secured the movie rights to an upcoming book titled, Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong. The book, by Juliet Macur, is set to be published this coming June.

With Bradley already showing interest in the part, it’s only a matter of time before others will too.

Do you think Bradley Cooper would be a convincing Lance Armstrong? Who would you like to see in the role?
