Taking time out to give birth to baby Blue Ivy Carter sure didn’t hurt Beyoncé’s bottom line! The singer raked in $40 million last year, landing her and hubby Jay-Z at the top of Forbes’ list of highest earning celebrity couples, with a combined haul of $78 million.
In second place — having being toppled from last year’s top spot — are supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her New England Patriots quarterback hubby, Tom Brady, who between them brought home $72 million (Gisele alone made $45 million).
Rounding out the list are British imports David and Victoria Beckham, with a tally of $54 million, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, with $45 million, and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, whose joint haul was $40 million.
A notable absence is former power couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who made last year’s list for their $40 million combined earnings. Guess you could call it the price of infidelity!
