Kim Kardashian has always chosen fashion over comfort— and being pregnant hasn’t slowed her down one bit.
Yesterday, the star and her mom, Kris Jenner, stepped out to Naimie’s Beauty Center to film their E! show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but something other than Kim’s very large baby bump was stealing the spotlight— her swollen feet.
The 7-months pregnant star squeezed into clear Givenchy Albertina Podium heels that were very evidently suffocating her feet and ankles. While one band wrapped around the middle of her feet, another strap squeezed the top of her ankle leaving bulges around each band.
But this isn’t the first time Kim’s opted for painful heels instead of something more suitable for her changing body.
On several occasions, the expecting reality star— who has famously gained over 60 pounds during her pregnancy so far — has donned uncomfortable footwear, leaving fans questioning her fashion choices.

In early May, Kim tweeted a photo of her swollen feet with strappy indentation marks from her stilettos covering the tops of her feet.
“Swollen feet or a new Givenchy tattoo?” she wrote with the pic.
But we’re not surprised Kim is opting for her usual sky-high heels over flats— even if they’re painful.
In March, Kim confessed that she’d prefer heels over flats anyday— and that the usually-comfortable slip-on’s actually hurt her back.

"I just bought my first pair of flats the other day and I wore them. They are SO uncomfortable. Like, my heels are so comfortable," she said, mentioning that at 5-feet-2 she likes the added height. "My foot is so swollen, I will say. It really is. And I'm sad, you know, 'cuz all my shoes don't really fit me anymore.”
And Kim continues to push through the pain— all for her beloved Givenchy. But is she doing it for herself, or for her beau, Kanye West, who has a very close — and questionable— friendship with Givenchy creative director, Riccardo Tisci?
"Whatever makes me feel good, I want to wear," Kim says. "And I love high heels."
