Not even heavy rain and roaring thunder could deter Kelly Ripa — and a slew of other stars — from getting their style on at Super Saturday on July 28.
When a sudden shower necessitated a last-minute wardrobe change, Kelly turned to her trusty reliables: “hair extensions, eyelash extensions and Wellies!” Kelly explained to In Touch at the charity event in Water Mill, N.Y., “I was wearing a gorgeous, long, green Lanvin dress, and then the rain came. I needed something to go with my Wellies, so I dusted off this old thing.” Of course, Kelly (who co-hosted the event with Paula Patton and Donna Karan) still looked adorable in her white top, flirty miniskirt and Hunter boots.
Other guests at the designer garage sale, which raised $3.6 million for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, included Lara Spencer, Star Jones, Tiffani Thiessen, Beth Ostrosky Stern, Jonathan Cheban, Kyle Richards, Gossip Girl’s Matthew Settle, and Sofia Vergara’s glowing fiancé Nick Loeb, who told In Touch, “I’m very happy. Very happy.”
