Andy Dick was spotted displaying concerning behavior in new photos and video exclusively obtained by In Touch. The comedian was seated on a sidewalk in Los Angeles and smoking an unknown substance from a pipe in the video footage.

Andy, 58, has admitted to struggling with drug addiction in the past. At the end of the video clip, the actor appeared to be urinating as he remained sitting on a street corner.

Throughout the video, Andy could be heard screaming expletives. He looked quite disheveled, wearing a pair of stained sweatpants and socks with sandals. At one point, he was even joined by another shirtless man on the sidewalk.

Concerning Behavior

The photos and video of Andy were taken on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Cahuenga Boulevard in Los Angeles. While outside of Joe’s pizza, “he was sitting there talking to himself” and “seemed incoherent,” according to an eyewitness.

Causing Trouble

“Andy would go into souvenir shops and get kicked out, then go and sit again,” the eyewitness exclusively tells In Touch, adding that the comedian was on the street for “about 30 minutes total.” He was drinking from a coffee cup during the sighting.

An Apparent Relapse

The eyewitness said that Andy “seemed out of it, like intoxicated.” In 2016, the Less Than Perfect star revealed that he had undergone rehab for his drug addiction more than 20 times. He was arrested for public intoxication in 2023.

Making Conversation

Andy was “staggering and talking to himself” on the street, the witness added. However, he also “seemed” to be friendly with a man on a skateboard, as they appeared to be “hanging out.”
