Chris Brown Files
Paternity Docs in a
Bid For Custody
Chris Brown is really, really over all his baby mama drama!
According to TMZ, the 26-year-old has filed paperwork proving paternity in a bid to fight for custody and establish support for his one-year-old daughter, Royalty.
Allegedly, his decision to move forward in the court was made after he became increasingly frustrated with his baby mama, model Nia Guzman’s, demands for child support.
She’s allegedly asking for $15,000 a month — while the ‘Run It’ singer insists the $2,500 checks he’s been writing monthly cover Royalty’s needs.
Additionally, by proving paternity, Chris hopes to establish rigid custody boundaries with Nia.
He claims that currently, his baby mama has been keeping his little girl from him — and he hopes a judge can fix their problematic arrangement.
