In Touch has learned that after her most recent secret hospitalization, Tori Spelling is ready to seek help — and head to a treatment facility outside California.

A close friend exclusively reveals: “She’s physically weak and hasn’t been eating. She’ll be going to rehab for depression and for all the medications she’s been taking. She knows she needs help.”

Insiders tell In Touch that Tori has been leaning on a powerful cocktail of prescription drugs to help her cope with migraines brought on by stress and her crumbling marriage.

“What she’s doing is dangerous. Mixing Xanax and OxyContin for anxiety and medication for her migraines and an antidepressant is not working well for her,” says the friend.

As In Touch first reported last week, Tori has also been treated several times with the powerful narcotic, Dilaudid — which can be up to nine times stronger than morphine.

“Tori has always been able to rush to a hospital when she gets a massive migraine and plead that she needs Dilaudid — she’s done it for years,” the insider claims.
