TLC Star Ami James Opens Up About His Personal Oasis
"Living in both worlds is kind of a blessing," says celebrity tattoo artist and TLC star Ami James, who divides his time between NYC (where his hit reality show, NY INK, is taped) and South Beach, Florida, where his real home -- and his heart -- is.
"I love it here," says Ami, a Florida native who can often be found hanging poolside or chilling out in his tropical backyard where he paints and daydreams. "When I'm out here, the birds are singing, you don’t hear horns honking or sirens blaring, you're totally away from the hustle and bustle of the world. It's great," he says.
