It’s been nearly a decade since they fell in love through their mutual wins on Survivor, and now, Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca are finally ready to say “I do”! “We’re looking forward to bigger goals that don’t involve cancer, like marriage,” Jenna tells In Touch, despite the long road ahead for Ethan, which includes a new form of chemotherapy and another stem-cell transplant.

The couple is admirably optimistic about the future. “We’re the type of people who dwell on the negative for just a short time, then flip it around,” Ethan says. “I’m going to have to be a warrior!” Flipping it around for Ethan and Jenna means maintaining their healthy lifestyle, completing the NYC marathon and working out at New York’s Warrior Fitness Boot Camp, where they demonstrated their moves for In Touch. “We do partner exercises and sweat together,” Ethan says. “It brings you closer. I have her back, and she has mine.” With his “rock” Jenna by his side through it all, Ethan’s determined not to lose hope. “I’m focused on staying alive,” he bravely says. “I want to take advantage of every moment I have.”

And though it seems there’s nothing they can’t conquer, the former model isn’t so sure the couple is ready to tackle parenthood. Says Jenna, “I would like to start with a dog!”
