Nancy Grace Weighed in on Lindsay Lohan — Before the Verdict!

Nancy Grace may be on Dancing With the Stars now, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t still completely in tune with the legal system. At the Denim and Diamonds for Autism event at Ahmonson Ranch on October 15, Nancy exclusively told In Touch what she thought would happen at Lindsay Lohan’s court date. “I think they will send Lindsay back to jail because she's violated so many times,” she said.

The television star and legal analyst also believed Lindsay wouldn't be released early, if in fact sentenced to jail time. “They tend to keep probation violations in [jail] most of the time," Nancy explained. "Don't pull a tiger by the tail, because once you do, you can't hold on and let it go, and that's what she's done.”

Lindsay's probation was revoked this morning, and she's been taken into custody. Nancy knew what she was talking about!
