Teen Moms: Addicted to Surgery

Teen Mom has made eight young women famous beyond their wildest dreams. But, as stars have learned time and time again, fame can lead to an unhealthy obsession with looking perfect.

According to a source, Teen Mom Amber Portman has “gone Hollywood,” and is planning to spend $50,000 on a head-to-toe plastic surgery makeover, adds a confidante, so that she can look like her idol, Marilyn Monroe. “She sees herself as having star potential,” says the source, explaining that Amber’s planned makeover will include liposuction, a nose job and breast implants. “When all of her surgery is done, Amber thinks she’ll be all ready to pose for Playboy,” the confidante shares.

While star Farrah Abraham has always been pretty and popular, her friend says Farrah lost some of her confidence after seeing herself on TV and became “obsessed” with her appearance. “She is always talking about what else she can fix,” says the pal. “She talks about her face, her nose, her lips. It was like the boob job was just the beginning.”

Meanwhile, it seems unlike her fellow Teen Moms, Kailyn Lowry doesn’t want lipo or plastic surgery. “She loves running on the treadmill,” says Kailyn’s friend. “She wants to do it the natural way.”

And for Kailyn, that also means no fad diets. Already, she has lost five pounds by working out and eating in moderation. While she’d like to reach her goal weight by the end of April, she’s not obsessing. “She doesn’t care about weight on a scale as much as how she feels,” says her pal.
