Olivia Newton-John: It was fun being bitchy on Glee!

The 61-year-old Australian singer will appear as herself and re-create the sweaty video to her 1981 hit “Physical” with Jane Lynch’s cheerleading coach character on the Fox hit’s May 4 episode. If that’s not enough, she’ll also have an epic showdown with Sue on the June 8 season finale, where she’ll be a guest celebrity judge at regionals, along with Josh Groban. However, Glee’s version of Olivia isn’t exactly the sweet singer we all know and love. “She’s the dark side!” Olivia tells In Touch. “She’s quite bitchy to Jane. In the last episode, I kind of give it to her after she’s a bit mean to me.” Olivia says she gets to be even fiercer than bad-girl Sandy was in Grease. “With Grease, that was just the way I dressed — on Glee, it’s the way I speak, too!” she says of the finale. “It was a challenge to do it — but I found I actually liked it. I had a lot of fun!” Another bonus for Olivia fans? The Glee finale may feature a character covering her hit song “Magic.” “I’m not sure if it will actually be on-air, but we do talk about it in the storyline, although I wasn’t there when they did it,” she reveals. “I’d be happy if they took any of my songs on, really!”
