Kathy Griffin takes on Heidi Montag!

Kathy Griffin has made no secret of her own cosmetic procedures, but that hasn't kept her from mocking reality star Heidi Montag for her 10 recent plastic surgeries. "She's a little girl with those giant knockers," Kathy told In Touch on April 16. "She's going to fall over and start tripping on them - that is not good. She's going to have to use a walker at 23! She's gone too far." Of course, Kathy is always pushing the limits for her show: She spoke to In Touch exclusively while getting an on-camera pap smear to promote women's health awareness on her Bravo series, My Life on the D-List! She also reports that she and her current "boyfriend" Levi Johnston actually went to Sarah Palin's home in Alaska and knocked on the door, but Sarah didn't open it. "Turns out, she's not really a fan of mine," Kathy laughs. "But I did leave her a very cordial note and invited her to one of my live shows."
