It's 90210-ver for Shannon & Mark

DWTS0331.jpg
With two dances behind her, Shannen Doherty appeared to be getting the hang of Dancing With The Stars. "My nerves are not completely gone," Shannen told In Touch after her triumphant second dance on Monday night's show. But on the tense elimination night — when Kate Gosselin looked pretty nervous — America's vote left Pamela Anderson and Shannen in the bottom two.

Maybe viewers just couldn't let go of the bad girl image that Shannen has been trying to shake since the early days of 90210, especially because DWTS producers didn't seem to either. "I know it's so stupid right?" Shannen, who says she got along great with the rest of the cast, told In Touch. "I thought they might have more imagination than that, but no."

DWTS
Shannon Doherty & Derek Mark Ballas
Eliminated: March 30

You did the show for your dad, who suffered a stroke last year, so having him in the audience must have meant so much to you.
Shannen:
Oh yeah, I mean he is just so fantastic and he had a blast watching the show and being here. You can just see everything change with him watching me dance and he's really excited.
Mark: It's so great, her dad is a great guy and it's really exciting to have him here. He is so proud of his daughter and who wouldn't — every dad wants to see his daughter dance. You can see it in his eyes and it's awesome.

This is a very diverse cast, who did you bond with?
Shannen:
Mark and I have very similar personalities, so I think we bonded a lot with Evan. He is a sweetheart. Louis and Niecy are fantastic too. Chad is amazing.
Mark: I get along really well with Evan, we've hung out a lot because I choreographed his stars on ice thing and just did his whole program. I like Jake too. I worked out with him the other day and went to lunch with him and Vienna.

Shannon did you expect it to be as competitive as it is?
Shannen:
No, I know, I was like yeah right! (laughs)
Mark: It's a weird situation, where you are all vulnerable and thrown together every week, but no one is behind you going I hope you fall or you get hurt. We do cheer each other on, give help and support.
