Charlie gets charged with a felony

CharlieSheen0209.jpg An Aspen, Colo., judge charged Charlie Sheen with felony menacing, third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief yesterday. He and his wife, Brooke Mueller, were in court to further address their Christmas Day domestic dispute, where Charlie allegedly threatened her with a knife. The Two and a Half Men star didn't enter a plea, and he faces up to two years behind bars if convicted of the charges. The court hearing wasn't all bad news for Charlie. The judge did relax the terms of the protective order against him. Now he can be in contact with Brooke, they are hoping to be able to reconcile. According to Brooke's lawyer, she is indeed moving back into the home she shares in LA with Charlie. "Brooke very badly wants to have contact with Charlie. There are many children's issues that she wanted to communicate with him about...They have two gorgeous beautiful babies together," says her lawyer, Yale Galanter.
