Simon is working on charity single

SimonCowell0121.jpg American Idol's Simon Cowell is rushing to organize a celebrity-filled "We Are the World"-style song to benefit those affected by the January 12 earthquake in Haiti. Susan Boyle and Leona Lewis have already signed on to the project. "We are going to do a single. I want to do something for Haiti, and we had a request from the Prime Minister to put a record together," says Simon. "I've got to get it together in 48 hours. It's not the best timing, but I will make it happen," he adds.
