Mischa gets sued

MischaBarton0122.jpg It looks like it's more bad news for Mischa Barton. The actress has been sued by her landlord, MRA Realties Inc., after allegedly refusing to pay her $7,000-a-month rent on her New York apartment. The company claims the former O.C. star has failed to make payments on her pad for the last three months. It’s been a tough past year for Mischa — her CW drama, The Beautiful Life, was canceled in September, and she was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold after a reported breakdown in July.
