If Dr. Conrad Murray or anyone else goes on trial in the death of Michael Jackson, it won’t happen this year. A decision on possible criminal charges over the pop star’s June death is "months rather than weeks away,” according to law enforcement officials, who say there’s too much evidence and expert testimony to review before the authorities decide on any charges — delaying any decision until 2010. Michael’s sister Janet has said that she thinks Murray, the King of Pop’s personal physician, may have been responsible for his death from a drug overdose in June.
