NCIS star's war with ex

NCIS’ Pauley Perrette is happily settled into a relationship with cameraman Michael Bosman — the pair even “married” in a commitment ceremony on Valentine’s Day. But the 40-year-old actress is still battling with former husband Coyote Shivers, from whom she split five years ago. The 44-year-old musician/actor, best known for his role opposite Renée Zellweger in the film Empire Records, was arrested September 23 on charges of sending harassing e-mails to Pauley’s attorney. The drama has put her “in the middle of a horror film I never auditioned for,” she says, adding that he has stalked her and vandalized her home when they split. Coyote, who was scheduled for arraignment in LA Superior Court in late November, tells In Touch that their divorce decree was granted by courts, but the division of assets has yet to be determined. “She left me,” Coyote says. “I was devastated at first, but I filed for divorce and didn’t want anything from her. It’s been nothing but a nightmare ever since for me.” An insider tells In Touch: “He’s not allowed to contact Pauley, but he’s still finding new ways to harass her and taunt her. It’s never ending. He wants to ruin her life.”
