Superfan Maurie Sherman took center-stage at Mariah's concert in Las Vegas when he proposed to boyfriend Matthew Almeida on October 12. Now that the Canadian couple are tying the knot, they reveal to In Touch that they already have a wedding theme picked out. Maurie, 31, tells In Touch, "We want to add lots of aspects of Mariah to the wedding — there will be little touches of her everywhere." Matthew, 27, adds, "We will be sure to send her an invite, and it would be an honor to have her perform. I have been a fan of hers for so long — she is my favorite singer."
