Kelly Rutherford opens up about her divorce

Usually, recently split-up celebs wince at the "D-word", but for Kelly Rutherford, divorce is the topic du jour on the September 18 episode of Rachael Ray. While dealing with the painful emotional and legal process, Kelly is also potty-training her son, Hermés, 2, and breastfeeding daughter Helena, 3 months, but Kelly says those things were contentious issues between her and her ex, Daniel Giersch. Addressing the rumors, Rachael asked Kelly, 40, if she had really thrown a laptop at Daniel during one of those arguments - and Kelly denied it. "I wish I had," she said. Daniel had also claimed that Kelly hid information about her second pregnancy, including her due date, which Kelly contradicted. "He knew the date that I was due. He had wanted to come into the room while I was giving birth in the middle of our divorce. I just don't think that's really appropriate," she told Rachael. In spite of the stressful back-and-forth, Kelly's focus is on her children. "You're trying to keep it together for your kids."
