Kristin Davis has had her fair share of awful boyfriends as Charlotte on Sex and the City, but one thing repulses the actress more than any man could … hair spray! The brunette beauty once had an allergic reaction to the sticky product during main character Carrie Bradshaw’s wedding scene on the Sex and the City movie set. “We often stand in a line, and their hair people would come over,” AHAVA spokesperson Kristin told In Touch about primping with co-stars Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker at an event for the mineral-based skin care brand in New York on June 10. “The other hair people don’t tell you when they’re about to spray. Every exposed part of my skin to the end of my dress had a rash! So I had to say, ‘Please warn me so that I can step out of the cloud, because I can’t get a hold of it!’ ” Luckily, makeup artists were able to cover up the blotchy skin in time for filming. Catch Kristin’s return to her fashionable role in the Sex and the City sequel next spring.
