Jonathan Rhys Meyers will appear in a Parisian court in September to face charges that he punched a waiter during a drunken incident at the Le Quotidien bar inside the Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. He was handcuffed by officers on June 20, after allegedly hitting the man and provoking the police and detained for a few hours before being released. The Tudors star was arrested and charged after a similar airport incident in Dublin, Ireland, in 2007.
