Beyoncé may be a world-famous performer, but the ambitious superstar is still going for the gold! The Cadillac Records actress won’t stop until she wins an Oscar - in fact, she keeps a painting of the coveted statuette on the wall in her gym to stay motivated. "I look at it, and I'm like Okay, I have to stay in shape," she tells Self in the fitness magazine’s June cover story. The singer was slighted when her Dreamgirls co-star Jennifer Hudson took home an Academy Award for best supporting actress for her role in the 2006 musical. But there’s still hope on the horizon for the triple-threat beauty: Beyoncé is rumored to next be starring in the sexy Victorian drama Tipping the Velvet.
