Authorities said her boyfriend didn’t retaliate and didn’t want to press charges, but because she was determined to be the “primary aggressor,” according to a witness, she was arrested anyway.
According to Florida law, if the primary aggressor can be determined, it isn’t necesary for the other person to press charges.

She former reality star was featured on seasons 24 and 27 of Survivor, both of which, she lost. The second go-around, she was dating Big Brother Season 12 winner, Hayden Voss. At the time, she said, “I couldn’t ask to play a better game with a better man. Survivor has changed my life in more ways then one, so to return for a second season and to compete for a million dollars with someone I love is a dream. Living states away for a year now, winning Survivor would change our lives. Besides, who doesn’t want to see what their man is made of?!” The couple have since split.

According to her Instagram account, she’s currently an athlete and model. She’s also a self-proclaimed #yogi4life.
