He plays a playboy doctor who has all the ladies swooning on Grey’s Anatomy, but in real life, Eric “McSteamy” Dane wants to be a daddy. “We’re currently working on having kids,” he told Access Hollywood of his and wife Rebecca Gayheart’s plans. “I want to have kids. I’m ready. I have no experience with having kids, but I’m ready to feel out those experiences.” He and Rebecca have been married since 2004, and while Eric might not have kid experience, he knows what he wants for his child — especially if it's a girl. “I don’t want her to be steamy if she’s a girl.”
