Carrie Underwood wants Jessica Simpson to know that Tony Romo does not call her. The American Idol star caused some waves when she announced that her ex (and Jess’ current) boyfriend, Tony, still called her after they split. “It was something that was said in passing, and I would never mean to say anything to hurt anybody or stir up anything, because I’m just not about drama ... at all,” she told the December issue of Elle. “I might be mad too if somebody said my boyfriend was calling some other girl. So I can definitely see where [Jessica] would be coming from.” Carrie goes on to say to that she hasn’t spoken to Tony “since, like, May.” We’re glad that’s all cleared up now — for Tony’s sake!
