Days before undergoing knee surgery in LA on October 6, football star Tom Brady snuck into Cartier in Beverly Hills with girlfriend Gisele Bündchen on his mind. According to an insider, Tom checked out a five-carat yellow diamond engagement ring flanked by two triangular diamonds with a $145,000 price tag. “He’s seriously considering proposing,” says an insider. “Tom has a lot of free time now that he may miss the entire football season. It’s made him realize he’s finally ready to get married.”
