Kate was a “'60s flight attendant,” according to a New York Post Page Six source. Courteney Cox and David Arquette were a matching witch and warlock, Cindy Crawford came as Amy Winehouse and Winona Ryder was a mouse. But hunky Gerard Butler was apparently the hit of the party in his cowboy getup. “All the girls at the party were lining up to talk to Gerard,” revealed the insider. “He left with two very sexy vampires.”
