Britney to sell her Summit home

The Beverly Hills home where Britney Spears suffered so much drama, including getting hauled off to the hospital back in January, is now on the market for $7.9 million. Britney bought the 7,500-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath mansion in the gated community of the Summit in December of last year for around $7 million and tried selling it quietly in June, before listing it publicly with Sotheby's International Realty. Brit's camp, who had to ask a court commissioner for permission to sell the house, said that the pop star was looking for a "lower-density, more quiet and less-trafficked neighborhood, that is also more accessible to parks and recreation areas," for her sons, Sean and Jayden. Britney is said to be looking for a new place in Calabasas.
