The We Own the Night star's dominatrix-like outfit, including a see-through top left open to reveal her bare chest, created quite a stir when it was revealed yesterday. A new photo from the cover story of Vogue Italia that's circulating today shows the starlet sucking on her own toe. Edgy? Or just plain gross? Turns out Eva is not only happy to bare all in support of her four-legged friends, as she did for PETA's "I'd Rather Go Naked" anti-fur campaign last year. She's also willing to go to extremes in the name of high fashion, too!
