Dancing With the Stars
Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough
Eliminated April 29

You were nervous in the beginning. How did you conquer that?
Shannon:
I zoned out. I barely remembered anything, and would sometimes zone in and be like, “Oh, we're halfway through this dance.”
Derek: Shannon had a gradual rise, man. It was great to see.

What’s the worst thing for you about having to leave?
Shannon:
Not getting to learn and do the other fun dances. I wanted to learn. Being under that light is horrible and it sucks. I hated it.
Derek: I just said, "If you need me, squeeze my hand." It’s fun, actually [laughs], but you do sweat for the time you have to wait.

Will you keep dancing?
Shannon:
No, now I am out, I am done. Well, not right away. I need a break. But everything about the show was a challenge and new and I looked forward to all of it.
Derek: That is a lie. This show really takes it out of you, though, and it's grueling.

Derek, you had a weird season with getting sick and hurting your neck. Did you cross a black cat or something before the season started?
Derek:
I know it was a weird season. I was thinking maybe we’d see a limb fly off or something. But everything is better now.
Shannon: I was starting to get used to it and if he wasn’t on his way to the hospital, I’d think something was really wrong. And what would be next?

What was the highlight of the show for you?
Shannon:
Ripping his shirt open.

Was that a wardrobe malfunction, or did you mean to do it?
Derek:
Oh, no. I definitely did not.

So, if you have to leave the show tomorrow, are you going to hang up your dancing shoes?
Shannon:
Well, we'll see.
Derek: Maybe for like a vacation, but then come back and dance a bit more.

After Dancing With the Stars, what's up next?
Shannon:
I'm reading some scripts right now. I'm weighing my options. I really don't know because we didn't know when I was going to be done with it so we've kind of been holding everything else off. I kind of want to go on vacation and rest a bit after these intense weeks.

What are you going to miss the least about the show?
Shannon:
Wearing heels. I will miss that the least.
Derek: But I want you to wear heels after this.
Shannon: Really, around you?
Derek: I like it when women tower over me.

Demi Moore: Rock Bottom
It could have been a happy night for Demi Moore — a chance to put the most painful and humiliating period of her life behind her, even if just for a few hours. But while Demi had been nominated for a Directors Guild award for co-directing the Lifetime special Five, she spent the January 28 ceremony in hiding as she coped with the fallout from a drug incident that landed her in the hospital five days earlier. “She’s literally hiding in shame over how far she has fallen,” a pal shares.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie On The Rocks?
Could Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. be the next in a long list of celebrity couples heading for divorce? Although their rep denies the story, the duo, who have managed to remain largely out of the spotlight throughout their relationship, raised eyebrows recently when Sarah, 34, walked the Golden Globes red carpet solo — and without her enormous diamond engagement ring.

Tabatha Coffey’s Tough Love
“Look, I know it’s like boot camp when I come in,” says Tabatha Takes Over star Tabatha Coffey with a twinkle in her eye and a smile so broad that fans of her hit show might not even recognize her. The Bravo star admits with a giggle that channeling her inner drill sergeant is often the only way to get the job done.

Seal’s Ex: Don’t Take Him Back
The song that Seal chose for his performance on a recent episode of Ellen — Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” — seemed specifically designed to make his estranged wife, Heidi Klum, reconsider her decision to end their marriage. While Seal may have good reason to endear himself to Heidi — who has legions of fans and pulled in a whopping $20 million last year — former supermodel Tatjana Patitz, 45, maintains that the singer is a selfish, immature man who is prone to frightening rages. “He is not a nice person,” Tatjana, who dated Seal for nearly a year, tells In Touch.
