Lindsay in sex-tape scandal?

Considering how the careers of Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson skyrocketed after their sex-tape scandals, maybe Lindsay Lohan shouldn't be too distressed over what appears to be video of Lindsay performing a sex act on her ex Calum Best. A video still made the rounds yesterday on the web with one source saying Lindsay is "freaking out because she can't remember it being filmed." While the 21-year-old did date Calum last year, his publicist is now setting the record straight.

"It's not Calum," his rep tells In Touch. "If it was Calum we would have it shrink-wrapped and put out onto a DVD for Christmas," he adds. "Believe me, it's not him. We'd all be retired by now if that were the case." The Irish bad boy is no stranger to sex tapes. In 2005, a video was leaked showing Calum getting down and dirty with model/actress Elizabeth Jagger.

However one insider tells Page Six that even though Lindsay is saying the woman on film is definitely not her, "nobody believes her. It is her."
